With version 1.6.0 I switched from Visual Studio 2010 to Visual Studio 2015 to develop TSNotifier. That means the Visual C++ 2015 runtime has to be installed to be able to run TSNotifier. If you're using the TSNotifier-installer the runtime-installation should be automatic. But, if you're using die zip-version you'll have to install the runtime manually.
The zip-file contains the two files vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe.
On a 64 bit Windows both of these have to be installed.
On a 32 bit Windows only vc_redist.x86.exe has to be installed.

• TSNotifier cannot be started multiple times anymore
• TSNotifier now requires the Visual C++ 2015 runtime (contained in the installer)
